Lucid Beauty Cosmetics is cruelty free and all ingredients are sourced from companies that hold the same values.
All pigment products are hand made to order, as each batch is unique, colors may vary slightly.
You can find the full list of ingredients for each product within the product description on each product page.
Shipping and Processing
Orders are shipped out every Tuesday and Thursday
Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days, however please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Total delivery times include standard shipping and processing time and are based on orders placed on business days (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays.

Tracking Orders
Orders are marked as "shipped" once processing has began. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will immediately be emailed to you. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number.

Returns & Refunds
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted at this time. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us. If you any issue with your order or receive damaged product, you have up to 48 hours after receiving the product to contact Lucid Beauty Cosmetics.
